Free Daily 10-Minute Hip Mobility Session

Instead of being able to focus on the task at hand, whether that be technique, speed on to the ball, or playing a match, my brain is subconsciously diverting most of its attention towards problem solving and compensating for this issue.


When my hip is not feeling good, these things start to happen...


  • My lower back gets aggravated from trying to compensate for the lack of hip movement

  • I'm not as quick off the T because my body knows I can't decelerate at speed

  • I can't sink into the shot, so I have to drop my racquet head which ends up compromising my shot quality

  • I feel limited and pissed off

  • I can't fully focus on the tactics


Raise your hand if you resonate with any of these.


The only thing worse than being in pain is not knowing what to do to get out of it.

This is why I emphasize the importance of mobility over and over again.


It's why I include "Mobility Snacks" and warmup routines into clients programs.


It's the reason I made this 10 Minute Morning Mobility session that can be done anytime, anywhere, and will help those hips feel loads better.
